Aperativo
The Italians have their own version of happy hour. It is called 'Aperativo' and it is genius. Basically, you order drinks at a flat rate and they have free appetizers out for you to eat. So yesterday we went Aperativo at this place called the ClubHouse with the University of Kansas students studying here. They were super nice and their ratio of girls to boys studying here was about the same as TCU's. You know like 10-1. Hahaha. At the ClubHouse, we were able to eat so much AMERICAN food. They brought out pasta, chicken nuggets, fried vegetables (okra, zucchini, etc), pizza, french fries and CHIPS [but no salsa]!!! The comfort foods were MUCH needed.
